Hi! I'm Kyle Banton-Jones
Kyle Banton-Jones is a dedicated advocate for animal welfare and an expert in improving the lives of animals in zoological institutions. With over 10 years of experience working with a variety of animals, Kyle founded Wild Enrichment—a consulting company focused on enhancing animal welfare practices through behavioural husbandry. Through their guidance and expertise, they have introduced innovative enrichment programs and techniques that have positively impacted the lives of countless animals. Wild Enrichment has a number of free resources including Wildenrichment.com and the Wild Enrichment Podcast. Kyle currently resides in Toronto, Ontario and enjoys a variety of athletics, exploring the outdoors, and hanging out with his greyhound Flora.

Here at Wild Enrichment, our goal is simple: We strive to improve the welfare of exotic and domestic animals through the application of advanced behavioural husbandry practices. Animal Care professionals around the world are all faced with common problems when it comes to behavioural husbandry: Time restraints in their day to day routines preventing them from reaching the level of enrichment they wish to achieve, Not having the technical building know-how needed in order to make their enrichment dreams a reality, and a shortage of resources providing new ideas for enrichment. We want to solve these problems.

We want to solve these common behavioural husbandry problems by providing services and resources that provide animal care professionals and the facilities they work at the resources they need to positively affect animal welfare.
